As is typical when you are abstaining from something.... I have discovered a new toy.. this one is the Chemex Coffee maker, not only does it (apparently) make beautiful coffee but it is also a beautiful contraption that reminds me of Science classes at school. It was designed in 1941 by Dr. Peter Schlumbohm PhD and the iconic Chemex has remained unchanged for 70 years... in fact Chemex is still a small family owned company
